European Day of Languages was celebrated on Saturday, 26th September and International Translation Day took place on Wednesday, 30th September. At Pitsford School, Senior Students had a week packed with culture and language challenges. We started with a virtual escape room with quizzes that helped us learn more about languages in the world.

Then students worked in their tutor teams to learn new words, design logos and posters and they even cooked international meals at home! Students and their tutors did an amazing job.

Our Sixth Form linguists also took part in a national foreign language writing competition. Hesketh was the house with the most points, but Year 9 Robinson were the tutor group winners. ¡Bien hecho!
